Registered Behavior Technician
Position Description:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide individualized ABA therapy, work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth as well as ongoing training.

| Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to patients |
| Able to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-40 hour training |
| High School diploma or GED required |
| Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) |
| Excellent communication skills |
| Able to pass a full Indiana criminal background check |
| Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks |
