Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Position Description:
As a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), you will create and maintain individualized treatment plans, work collaboratively with RBT’s, BCBA’s, and other service providers to maintain consistency and carryover, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, and analyze data collected while making necessary treatment changes to ensure continued progress.

BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to children diagnosed with autism |
Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients |
Collect and analyze data collected by the BT/RBT |
Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions |
Collaborate with families and other providers |
Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorizations |
Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians |
